How many hours should i work in a week ?

At FocalPoint, we enable our coaches to customize their working hours to best meet the needs of their clients and their personal lives, promoting an optimal work-life balance. For our newer coaches, particularly during your first year while you are still learning the ropes, there might be slightly less flexibility. However, we strive to make a four-day work week feasible for all our coaches from the start, ensuring you have the freedom to excel both professionally and personally.

I am a consultant/ coach. Is this for me ?

At FocalPoint, we offer a robust coaching system that typically takes over 20 years to develop independently. If you are an established coach with a successful system in place, you might not need to join FocalPoint. However, if you see value in our extensive marketing support and network, or if you are interested in exploring investment-based entrepreneurial opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
